Let’s talk about one webinar that our CEO, Mr. Ghanshyam Poriya, conducted with the IT students and faculties of Atmiya University. The topic for the webinar was: Career guidance, IT companies expectations, and much more. Let’s see which things they discussed.
They discussed about expectations of IT companies from students as a fresher. IT companies expect that core concepts of a candidate should be clear in both terms theoretical & practical. Candidate should be curios to learn new things and should be able to take decisions of the matters. Then question came that which line, language, or position is best in the current time. CEO described by his experience of 15 years that it is important that for which language student is interested and should have nearly skills for that. First of all student needs to clear his core concept about any language, and then according to current AI anyone should select latest platform.
Then a query came from one student: what should one select from salary, stipend, learning, or location? And why? He discussed that if anyone is getting the desired learning, then the first preference should always be learning. Because if you have knowledge, you will get all the rest of the things.
If you are a non-coder or don’t have much interest in coding, then other options are also available. If you have an interest in literate, then you can apply for SEO and content writing jobs.
Finally, the CEO stated that these types of sessions benefited him as well because he was able to communicate with students, answer their questions, and guide them in their careers.
